I went to a class at Sewing Expo taught by Lorraine Henry where she demonstrated the tapes and book - I couldn't wait to try them out! She is one of the most knowledgeable people about measuring and fitting that I have ever come across - so anything she recommends is excellent.

I had these tapes years ago and misplaced them after several moves. I looked everywhere for these and finally found them here. I can't recommend them enough for measuring by yourself and we all know that finding helpers is not always easy.
